IS THERE A DEPOSIT REQUIRED WHEN I MAKE MY RESERVATION?
No deposit is required. when you call, we will schedule a day and what type of class your residents will be interested in.
HOW SHOULD I SET UP MY ACTIVITY ROOM FOR THE CLASS?
We conduct hands on experiments and activities with your residents. Participants will need a level surface to be able to work and explore. We can link into your tv system by HDMI or if needed a projector and screen will be brought in for the class. Some classes require access to water. Each requirement is listed with the class description.
WHAT TIME WILL THE PRESENTER ARRIVE?
The presenter / teacher will arrive 10 minutes prior to the class – some classes need additional set up time and will be listed under special requests in the class descriptions.
ARE THERE SUPPLIES INCLUDED WITH THE CLASSES?
All supplies are provided by Curious Dragonfly. Each resident will always have a take home newsletter about the topic that is taught in the class. Some classes have additional take home items!!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
We understand that circumstances can arise that causes you to have to reschedule. As soon as you know, please call 303-903-5319. Please cancel before instructor drives to your building. If class is canceled after the instructor arrives, you will be charged the full price of the class.
